- 1877 – Océ founder develops a butter coloring from vegetables rather than chemicals
- 1927 – The founder’s grandson develops an ammonia-free, diazo copying process
- 1958 – Production process for paper coating that allows 80% of solvents to be recovered
- 1990 – We open an asset recovery plant for returned products
- 2006 – Océ wins "Best in Sustainability and Environmental Performance" award
