Shutting down the energy drain

Conventional printing technologies have to maintain a certain temperature level so that they are always ready to go. The unique Océ Radiant Fusing technology returns the Océ TDS450 to sleep mode instantly. Tests showed that the Océ TDS450 printer uses almost half the energy of comparable printers during a typical working day.

Cutting paper waste

The document preview feature lets users print only the area required to reduce paper waste. Using mailbox printing at the device helps eliminate 10-15 percent of unnecessary prints. Paper is also saved by automatically cutting prints down to the desired size or shape, so no trimming is needed.

Maxing recycling

Up to 95% of the Océ TDS450 Eco Choice system is reused or recycled at the end of its life span thanks to our cradle-to-cradle development specifications. In fact, Océ was one of the first in the industry to establish a complete Asset Recovery Factory for this purpose.
